By accessing the Boxfy website, requesting a quote or audit, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Boxfy provides AI-first digital marketing services, including:

• AI SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
• LLM optimization, entity SEO, and AI content marketing.
• Brand authority building and multi-platform AI search visibility.

The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement between you and Boxfy. These Terms govern the general relationship; the proposal governs the specifics.

3. Quotes, Fees & Payment

Fees are set out in your proposal or invoice. Unless stated otherwise:

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• Payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins.
• Applicable taxes (such as GST) are added where required.
• Late payments may pause active work until the account is settled.

4. Results & No Guarantees

SEO, AEO, and GEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — including search engine and AI-platform algorithms, competition, and your existing website authority. We apply proven, ethical methods and 27+ years of expertise, but:

• We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, AI citations, or revenue figures.
• Any timelines or projections we share are estimates based on experience, not promises.
• Case-study results are illustrative and vary by industry and starting point.

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver effectively, we rely on you to:

• Provide accurate information and timely access to accounts, content, and approvals we need.
• Ensure any material you supply doesn’t infringe third-party rights.
• Respond to requests for feedback or sign-off within reasonable timeframes.

Delays in providing access or approvals may affect agreed timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Content, strategies, and deliverables we create for you become yours once we’ve received full payment for the relevant work. Until then, they remain the property of Boxfy.

Our own tools, methods, frameworks, and pre-existing materials remain the property of Boxfy. The Boxfy name and logo may not be used without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or strategic information shared during an engagement, and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boxfy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost profits, revenue, or data — arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice as set out in the applicable proposal. On termination, you agree to pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Sections covering payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, and liability survive termination.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Our services interact with third-party platforms — including Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and social networks. We don’t control these platforms, and changes to their algorithms, policies, or availability may affect results. We’re not responsible for actions taken by these third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
